Das Produkt wird über den Trichter in die Maschine eingefüllt
von dort aus wird es über das Rohr hinunter auf die Beschleunigungsscheibe geführt
wo das Material durch die Zentrifugalkraft an den Prallring geschleudert wird. Durch die Feinabstimmung der Geschwindigkeit kann man den Bruch minimieren und die Gründlichkeit des Schälers maximieren
Unter der Schäleinheit sitzt die Aspirationskammer. In dieser Kammer werden die abfallende Schale und Bruchkörner durch Aspiration entfernt. Am unteren Ende der Maschine befinden sich die Auslässe für das gut Produkt und den Ausschuss
Um ein bestmögliches Ergebnis zu erhalten
sollte auch bei dieser Maschine die Vor- und Nachreinigung bedacht werden. Für die Vorreinigung empfiehlt sich hier eine Siebreinigung durch zum Beispiel Petkus K531/K541
um keine Fremdkörper in den Schäler zu bringen
Um die Qualität des Produkts nach dem Schälen noch weiter zu erhöhen
gibt es hier die Möglichkeit der Aerodynamischen Reinigung. Um die höchste Qualitätsstufe zu erreichen kann man am Ende dieser Kette einen Farbausleser einsetzten um das Produkt durch Farbunterschiede zu Sortieren
